Hot Wheels Ultimate Challenge - NBC
This production was a massive undertaking with a fast turn around. During pre-production we worked with the international teams of Endemol Shine North America, Workerbee and Mattel Television consulting on the high end studio workshop spaces, sourcing all equipment, tooling and build materials required for the show whilst ensuring working health and safety measures were in place.
We worked closely with every contributor creating their unique vehicle design, sourced a vast array of parts for the builds whilst managing the main studio’s large team that delivered the vehicle builds for the show. The winning design we created went on to be turned into an actual Hot Wheels toy.
We also designed, built and installed stage rigs that enabled vehicles to be remotely manoeuvred on set and a custom Hot Wheels track set-piece that formed part of the centre set installation.
Flamin' Firetruck
One of the 30 unique designs we created for the show. The Flamin' Firetruck was lowered sitting on custom wheels with a giant fireman's ladder spoiler at the rear, insane exhaust pipes jutting out of the bonnet and bespoke LED acrylic flames along the side. A Hot Wheels slammed stunner.

Cyber Slicker
One of the 30 unique designs we created for the show. The Cyber Slicker was truly out of this world. Fitted with an insane body kit, widened wild stance and covered in a custom digital wrap which was outlined with ultra bright LEDs. This build was the 'B' in Bad boy.
Power Charged - (Big Yellow)
One of the 30 unique designs we created for the show. The contributor of this build had dreamt of achieving one thing with their Hot Wheels car. To make it wheelie! We designed and built the rig that made it happen in the studio. An engineered beast of rear engined hydraulically controlled madness.
Rally Resilience
One of the 30 unique designs we created for the show. It was Rally Resilience that took the chequered flag winning the series. A jacked up rally raid inspired master class of insane proportions that went all the way and was forever immortalised as a Hot Wheels collectors limited edition in 1:64 scale.

Truly a humbling moment in our history. The design we created that was built on the show getting turned into a limited edition Hot Wheels Collectors 1:64 scale globally released model . A memento from this rewarding series that sits proudly in our office.
